Who We Are
RemDev provide Remote Developers and Technical team members to Companies, Software Teams, and Tech Startups.
Our Developers can be based anywhere - but are not normally in your offices. At least, not on a weekly basis.
Some may be just up the road from you, choosing to work from home and bring balance to their world, whilst others may be based overseas.
By adding a Remote Developer to your team, you could be adding one of the best Developers in town, or an out of town person at a lower cost.
You get to meet the Developers that we suggest, get to know everything that you want to know about them, and chose who is most suited to your team - before you commit.

We can find you a person to be engaged on a contract or as a permanent team member, and you can either hire them through us, or directly.
What We Do
RemDev is part of the Endor Group of companies, and our years of technology recruiting experience has designed the process that we use to maintain a pool of Remote Developers who live close to the time zones of our customers.

Our Director is a former Software Developer and remains a Certified Senior IT Professional, certified in 2024 by the Australian Computer Society (ACS).
RemDev finds Developers, contacts them to assess their technical competency, their experience & ability in working autonomously from a reliable home based office.
Our customers interview and select the developers that they would like to work with, and can engage them directly or RemDev can provide their services on a day-rate basis, under a Business Services Contract.
Working remotely often requires soft skills that not all technical people have, and we make assessments of communication skills & styles, as well as the ability to work autonomously and be self managing.
Our Remote Developers can join in online meetings, allowing them to be included in stand ups and other team meetings.

Developers based in different time zones often still prefer to work the regular working hours of the team that they join, so that they can hold discussions & meetings with colleagues as required.
